This position is primarily administrative and includes duties such as:
General preparation for arrival of hotel guests
Producing computer documents and labels using Microsoft Word and Excel
Assembling guest packages
Responding to emails
Answering the telephone
Entering guest names into computer for reservations
Interaction with guests is minimal. Flexible scheduling allows for a great personal or family life/work balance as it is based on a 5 week rotation with a maximum of 4 working days in a row and up to 5 days off at a time, including two weekends off per month.
Shifts are from 11 pm - 7 am.
This is a full time permanent position open to Canadian Residents only.
